Item not as described
If you receive your item and you believe it is not as described or is defective in some way then simply return it to us. Defective items returned in this manner will receive a full refund of all costs including postage both ways.
You may return any items purchased from us, unaltered, within seven days, for a full refund (excluding P&P).

Delivery time depends upon the Royal Mail, not us, and occasionally may be subject to unavoidable delays.
If you require an item urgently then please contact us before paying for the item and we will issue an invoice for next day delivery. The P&P for special delivery is higher than is stated in the listing and must be sent before noon to ensure next day delivery.
All items are dispatched same or next working day. We do not work Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Jewellery and watches are generally sent in the appropriate boxes as supplied by the manufacturer or our own branded gift boxes. We package all items securely in jiffy bags or whatever packaging is appropriate.
Domestic postage of jewellery and watches stocked in our town shop are free to the uk and are always sent by recorded post as are all our shops items. Items sold seperate from our shop i.e second hand items which are not sold in the town shop may be subject to postage fees.
Postage to European countries outside the UK and Channel Islands is charged at a flat rate of £7.50. Postage to countries outside of Europe is charged at a flat rate of £11.
We take all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express.
