To help keep your jewellery in excellent condition we recommend that you schedule for it to be cleaned in store at least once a year. This will allow us to check for signs of damage or wear and tear and suggest a suitable repair before it becomes a serious problem.

We have a specialised team of Goldsmiths for all or your Jewellery repairs. All re-model and re-design work to jewellery will be carried out within our on site workshop. We have a highly experienced team of Goldsmiths with over 80 years knowledge and experience. All Jewellery repairs will be treated with the upmost respect.

All jewellery repairs will be assessed on arrival and a quote will be given before any work is carried out.  We advise you send your Jewellery to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery as we have found this is a good service, as we have to sign for the goods when they arrive which means you as the customer can always keep a check on the transaction.
